I believe that within an organization, individual strategies always help to apply appropriate process models and techniques. Daneeka's work ethic fully justifies this experience. Here, everyone works independently, but there is a trained team behind them.

Hobby 

For me, it is important that music lives, breathes, affects, suggests, conveys emotions! Start thinking, shake or comfort. Just as our emotions, tempers, and passions do not work according to the metronome, music cannot strive for absolute symmetry either.
